Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Director of Client Implementation to lead the expanding delivery organization across digital products and CMS transitions. You will build high‑performing teams, establish standards, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support to ensure predictable, high‑quality client outcomes.

In the first months you will engage hands‑on to map operations, strengthen delivery processes, and develop trusted client relationships, then scale to strategic leadership reporting

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client implementation or SaaS delivery, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering digital products, websites, and CMS transitions.
• Experience scaling delivery teams and improving processes.
• Power user of Jira and Confluence to enable work.
• Comfort with AI tools to enhance workflows and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Client Implementation organization.
• Direct successful delivery of SIDEARM's digital products and services.
• Define implementation methodologies, governance, and standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support to align priorities.
