Job summary

Virtuoso is seeking a Product Manager, Learning Experiences, to discover and define strategic solutions for its portfolio of advisor development programs, certification paths, study tours, and digital learning experiences.

You will partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and measurable outcomes, delivering learner-focused programs and scalable learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business or related field.
• 2-4+ years of product management and professional development/education experience.
• Experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic evaluation, design and development to evolve learning portfolio.
• Define product goals and use data to drive decisions.
• Manage product lifecycles from concept to launch and retirement.
• Gather feedback and performance data to inform priorities.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to deliver learning experiences.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance to support delivery.
• Evaluate learning technologies and digital solutions.
• Manage priorities and timelines across initiatives.
• Support development of new offerings and certifications.
• Identify opportunities to scale learning offerings and partnerships.
• Attend meetings outside standard US business hours as needed.
