Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Director of IT in Indianapolis to own technology strategy and drive a multi-year roadmap for hotels and support offices. You will lead systems, vendors, and security to ensure reliable operations across properties.

The role demands translating business needs into smart technology decisions, collaborating with network engineers and general managers, and building a high-performing IT team. This hybrid role offers in-office and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in IT leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration experience (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Proven cybersecurity leadership and PCI DSS compliance experience.
• Strong networking, cloud, and multi-site operations knowledge.
• Hospitality industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization's IT strategy, multi-year roadmap, and annual technology budget.
• Serve as Microsoft 365 owner and administrator (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
• Lead company-wide cybersecurity program including policies and incident response.
• Own PCI DSS compliance across all properties and the support office.
• Direct technology vendor and MSP relationships, including contracts and billing oversight.
• Lead technology onboarding for new hotels and property transitions.
• Oversee hotel technology infrastructure, including PMS, POS, networks, and guest Wi-Fi.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate needs into tech solutions and measure results.
• Communicate priorities and status to executive team.
• Build and mentor IT staff and external resources.
