Job summary

IE Homes Clubs & Resorts is seeking an IT Director to lead technology strategy and operations across corporate, club, hospitality, real estate, and construction activities. You will oversee infrastructure, security, vendors, and end-user systems to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with enterprise partners, governance adherence, and the ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience supporting multi-site hospitality, private club, real estate, or construction projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and security practices.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy aligned with business growth.
Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and end-user technology across locations.
Lead cybersecurity, IAM, incident response, and data protection.
Manage IT budget, contracts, licensing, and asset procurement.
Lead system implementations, migrations, and new-location deployments.
Maintain documentation and vendor relationships.
