Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Chevy Chase, MD seeks a Director of Hotel Systems to drive strategic oversight of core technology across the portfolio. You’ll lead a small team, manage vendors, and ensure systems reliability for finance, procurement, reporting, and operations.

This remote role with occasional travel offers a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to shape technology strategy across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a systems administration, financial systems, or technology operations role.
• Experience with BI, accounting, procurement, and expense management platforms.
• Proven vendor relationship and contract management history.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide systems including BI, accounting, procurement, and expense platforms.
• Maintain system availability, data integrity, and performance across platforms.
• Governance, access controls, and data security aligned with policy.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Mentor and develop the internal systems team and set performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a systems roadmap.
