Theoris is assisting our client in Westfield, Indiana, in the search for a Director, IT Infrastructure. This role leads on-site and remote teams overseeing networks, servers, and critical systems to ensure security, reliability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, possess enterprise infrastructure experience, and have relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP/Azure/MCP/PMP).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related IT field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and managing on-site/remote personnel.
• At least one intermediate- or advanced-level IT certification (CCNA/CCNP/Microsoft Azure Expert/MCP/PMP).

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage on-site and remote IT infrastructure teams.
• Oversee enterprise networks, servers, systems, and infrastructure operations.
• Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, availability, and performance.
• Direct system upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage infrastructure projects, technical resources, and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for one week approximately every six weeks.
• Travel up to 20%, including international travel.
