Magna-Hospitality-Group seeks a results-driven Vice President of IT Operations to lead enterprise technology services across a growing hospitality portfolio. You will oversee IT operations, service delivery, and end-user support, driving accountability and operational excellence across multiple properties.

This in-office role requires residence within commuting distance to Warwick, RI, and offers leadership of a seasoned IT team, vendor coordination, and strategic technology planning aligned

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT operations.
• Experience in multi-site hospitality environments.
• Strong background in service delivery and operational leadership.
• Knowledge of end-user support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with hotel brands' technology ecosystems is preferred.
