Job summary

Affinity Group is seeking an IT Director to lead day‑to‑day technology operations for a 850‑person organization across 41 offices in a hybrid environment. You will oversee IT support, infrastructure, security, vendor management, and cross‑functional initiatives with leadership in Food Service and Retail divisions.

This role partners with senior leaders to evolve the IT roadmap and budgets. You will manage Windows servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, risk management, and AI governance, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Hands‑on ability across the following areas: Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, licensing, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Remote Desktop Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations across all Affinity Group offices, including network, server, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and prioritize IT help desk, ensuring timely resolution of employee requests and tracking recurring issues.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science or related field

Hands‑on IT operations experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Proactive, detail‑oriented, multi‑priority management
