Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a Digital and IT Partner in Indianapolis, IN, hybrid with 2–3 days onsite. You will lead strategic digital relationships, align IT strategies with business objectives, and drive portfolio governance and innovation across the organization.

In this role, you will shape roadmaps, manage multi-year investments, and partner with senior leaders to ensure delivery, value enablement, and enhanced risk management within the Defense and Digital & IT domains.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in digital in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in digital in a corporate environment.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in digital in a corporate environment.
• JD/PhD
• 9 years of experience in digital in a corporate environment in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for business technology outcomes within the Partnering Domain.
• Translate business strategies into clear value propositions and digital requirements.
• Ensure Digital & IT strategy aligns with business goals.
• Develop roadmaps and multiyear investment plans to deliver digital value.
• Monitor cost, delivery, and SLAs across Digital and IT.
• Champion digital change and promote user-centric digital culture.
• Identify IT risks and ensure data and system security.
