Pointwest Technologies Corp is seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth in the US. You will position complex IT services and custom solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients in Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Healthcare.

This hunter role requires leveraging an established network, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborating with global delivery teams to design competitive delivery frameworks and close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT solutions sales experience.
• Established network of decision-makers within Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare.
• Experience selling services via onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed a $2M+ annual IT services quota.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Healthcare to meet sales targets.
• Consult with C-level executives to articulate value propositions for bespoke IT services and digital transformation.
• Leverage your network to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with offshore/nearshore delivery teams to design competitive delivery frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to contracting and closing.
