Horizon3 AI in the United States is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the internal IT function for a remote cybersecurity SaaS company. You will own the overall IT strategy, operations, and service delivery for a global workforce, managing multiple teams and the managers who lead them.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience owning IT strategy and operations for mid-sized or larger SaaS/security organizations.
• Proven ability to manage managers and develop teams.
• Experience operating in a remote-first or hybrid workplace across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the multi-year IT strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end accountability for IT teams, including Help Desk, Corporate Systems, and Infrastructure.
• Oversee IT service delivery for a distributed workforce with secure endpoints and identity management.
• Build and develop a high-performing IT organization with managers and senior ICs.
• Establish IT operating rhythms: intake, change, incident, and communication practices.
• Partner with Security, Engineering, and Compliance on secure-by-default IT environments.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
