Job summary

Horizon3.ai is a remote cybersecurity company hiring a Senior IT Analyst to support a distributed workforce. You will serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues, partnering with Security and IT leadership to keep employees productive and secure.

You will own high-impact incidents from triage to resolution, contribute to tooling and runbooks, and occasionally travel to Horizon3 offices (including Chicago) for larger initiatives and on-site

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of IT support or IT operations experience.
• Experience supporting distributed employees in a high-growth tech company.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, hands-on IT support for a distributed workforce as Tier 2/3 escalation.
• Resolve high-impact incidents from triage to root-cause analysis and resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Own and drive durable fixes by updating runbooks and automation; avoid one-off workarounds.
• Manage endpoint, identity, and collaboration tooling configurations and policies.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues in Okta/Entra (SSO, MFA, access controls).
• Serve as subject-matter-expert for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom on calendars and integrations.
• Provide office and event support; travel to Horizon3 offices as needed for upgrades and deployments.
• Contribute to documentation: runbooks, how-tos, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
