Job summary

iHerb Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director, Inventory Management & Planning to lead the strategy and execution of Demand and Supply Planning, overseeing the Demand and Supply Planning teams and the data architecture driving inventory performance.

The role partners across IT, finance, merchandising, and operations to optimize stock availability, working capital, and supplier collaboration, while advancing AI/ML driven planning and automated replenishment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain, with 5+ in leadership.
• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with ecommerce/retail planning and MEIO is advantageous.
• Experience leading complex software implementations and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic roadmap for Demand and Supply Planning.
• Own the tech stack supporting planning tools, data models, and forecasts.
• Lead development of forecasting models and automated replenishment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align inventory targets.
• Foster continuous learning and data-driven decision making.
