The role shapes planning processes, implements exception-based planning, and turns data into actionable decisions to enable fast, high-quality outcomes across inventory, service, and cost metrics. This is a hands-on leadership position with a focus on practical results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in roles driving supply chain transformation.
• Hands-on with SAP IBP across planning areas.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning architectures and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-velocity environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize end-to-end planning processes across IBP, Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.
• Develop and execute an IBP and Inventory Optimization roadmap.
• Drive exceptions-based planning with decision ownership and actionable actions.
• Lead SAP IBP design and architecture for daily/weekly operational cycles.
