Responsibilities

• Lead cost-efficient, customer-focused shipping solutions for US/Canada.
• Own end-to-end delivery experience, including visibility and delay notifications.
• Track vendor performance metrics and US KPIs.
• Guide Global Logistics to ensure consistent delivery improvements.
• Drive US delivery projects, risk mitigation, and outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members on processes and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with vendors to enable growth.
• Develop new delivery programs for assigned lanes.
