iHerb, LLC is seeking a highly strategic Senior Director of Global Content & Product Operations to lead, scale, and modernize the digital production engines powering our global e-commerce business. You will oversee Content Operations, Product Content Onboarding, and Translation/Localization, turning market strategies into fast, automated execution and building AI-enabled pipelines across CMS, PIM, and TMS.

Scale-up digital production pipelines with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on AI/automation tools deployment in production environments.
Turn messy processes into streamlined, tool-driven workflows.
Experience with enterprise CMS, PIM, or Translation Management platforms.
Certifications in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Oversee and scale Content Operations, Product Content Onboarding, and Translation/Localization.
Map end-to-end workflows, establish SLAs, and reduce time to publish content globally.
Build data-driven dashboards to track KPIs such as queue velocity and accuracy.
Identify and pilot AI-enabled workflows and integrate CMS, PIM, and TMS tools.
Define a future AI-assisted operating model to maximize productivity.
