iHerb Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Growth to own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across iHerb’s B2C ecommerce experiences.

This role drives improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned channels. This is a remote-friendly role where you will identify friction, run high-velocity experiments, and partner with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Analytics to optimize the customer

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving growth in a B2C e-commerce or marketplace.
• Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis with tools like Google Analytics and SQL.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth strategy and CRO initiatives across web, app, and channels.
• Design, deploy, and analyze A/B tests to improve funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable growth features.
• Partner with Marketing to align paid/organic traffic with high-converting experiences.
• Define and track North Star metrics with Data & Analytics.
• Lead growth squads and manage backlogs and sprints for rapid shipping.
• Communicate results and tradeoffs to executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing to enable personalization and lifecycle marketing through technology.
