Responsibilities

• Own strategy, performance, and roadmap for an assigned Owned Brands category.
• Lead new product development briefs from concept to stage gate with Technical and Supply teams.
• Manage portfolio performance including revenue, margins, and SKU productivity.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and consumer trend research to identify opportunities.
• Prepare category business reviews and senior leadership presentations.
