Job summary

iHerb seeks an Inventory Transformation Process Leader to drive the evolution of planning and execution ecosystems using SAP IBP and related tools. You will challenge existing processes, architect end-to-end planning, and enable faster, data-driven decisions across demand, supply, and inventory.

The role is hands-on with a focus on practical outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver standardized solutions while balancing speed, accuracy, and cost.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning and transformation.
• Experience designing end-to-end planning architectures and integrations.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable IBP roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT to redefine end-to-end planning processes.
• Design integrated, decision-ready data sets for IBP and Inventory Optimization.
• Lead IBP/SAP delivery, upgrades, and adoption with governance.
• Define success metrics and drive measurable improvements in service and inventory.
