Exoben Inc. is seeking a Director, Mobility Platforms to lead the development and deployment of integrated mobility systems.

You will drive the integration of vehicles, energy storage, charging and fleet operations to deliver reliable, scalable mobility solutions. You will collaborate with vehicle engineering, autonomous systems, and charging teams to ensure practical, field-ready deployments and strong performance in real environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field required.
• 10–15 years in mobility, transportation systems, or fleet operations.
• Strong leadership and clear communication.
• Understanding of EVs, fleet management, and integrated systems.
• Experience delivering mobility solutions from concept to deployment.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and deployment of Exoben’s mobility platforms.
• Oversee integration of vehicles, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
• Manage fleet-based mobility systems including commercial and shared transport.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure deployable solutions.
• Work with operations teams to manage rollout and ongoing performance.
• Ensure mobility systems are reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
• Oversee testing and validation under real operating conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
