Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a practical and forward-thinking Chief Mobility Officer to lead its mobility strategy and execution.

You will build and scale mobility solutions including electric vehicles, fleet systems and mobility services, designed for real-world conditions and integrated with Exoben’s energy platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years in mobility/ automotive/ transportation or fleet operations.
• Strong understanding of EVs, fleet management and real-world deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Exoben’s global mobility strategy.
• Oversee development of electric vehicles and mobility platforms for real-world conditions.
• Build and manage fleet-based mobility systems, including commercial and shared transportation models.
• Ensure strong integration between vehicles, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
• Guide engineering teams on vehicle performance, durability and efficiency.
• Oversee testing and validation of vehicles under real operating conditions.
• Ensure mobility solutions meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with operations teams to deploy and manage fleets across different markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, performance and user experience.
• Build and lead a strong global mobility team.
