Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • 12–15 years in vehicle engineering or automotive development.
  • Strong understanding of EV architecture, powertrain and battery integration.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional communication.
  • Experience taking vehicles from concept to real-world deployment.
  • Focused on durability, maintenance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the engineering and development of Exoben’s electric vehicles.
  • You will oversee vehicle architecture, systems design and engineering coordination.
  • You will ensure strong integration between vehicles, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
  • You will guide engineering teams on performance, durability and efficiency.
  • You will ensure vehicles are designed to perform under real conditions such as heat, road quality and daily usage.
  • You will oversee testing and validation of vehicles before deployment.
  • You will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure vehicles are ready for production.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve performance, cost efficiency and reliability.
  • You will support deployment of vehicles in fleet and mobility systems.
  • You will build and lead a strong vehicle engineering team.
