We are looking for a practical and execution-focused Director, Mobility Platforms to lead the development and deployment of Exoben’s mobility systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing integrated mobility solutions, including fleet systems and transportation platforms.
You will ensure that vehicles, energy systems and operational tools work together as one coordinated system.
You will work closely with vehicle engineering, autonomous systems, energy storage and charging teams to deliver mobility solutions that perform reliably in real environments.
This role is focused on execution, integration and real-world performance.
You will lead the development and deployment of Exoben’s mobility platforms.
Oversee integration of vehicles, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
Manage fleet-based mobility systems including commercial and shared transport solutions.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure systems are practical and ready for deployment.
Work with operations teams to manage rollout and ongoing performance.
Ensure mobility systems are reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
Oversee testing and validation under real operating conditions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Support expansion into new markets by adapting mobility solutions to local conditions.
Manage relationships with partners, operators and service providers.
Build and lead a strong mobility platforms team.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have 10 to 15 years of experience in mobility, transportation systems or fleet operations.
You have strong understanding of electric vehicles, fleet management and integrated systems.
You have experience delivering mobility solutions from concept to real-world deployment.
You understand operational challenges such as maintenance, reliability and cost efficiency.
You are practical, organized and focused on results.
You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
