Job summary

Exoben Inc. seeks an experienced Director, Charging Deployment to lead the rollout of its EV charging infrastructure in the United States. You will plan, manage and deliver charging sites across regions, ensuring on-time, on-budget deployment with reliable performance.

You will collaborate with engineering, grid solutions and operations teams to integrate charging assets with Exoben’s energy systems and scale deployment to new markets, while building a high-performing execution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field required.
• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure deployment, EV charging or energy projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Exoben’s EV charging stations across multiple markets.
• Oversee site selection, permitting and development processes.
• Manage installation, commissioning and delivery timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, grid solutions and operations teams for integrated deployments.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and external partners to ensure uptime and performance.
