Qualifications

  • 15+ years in mobility/ automotive/ transportation or fleet operations.
  • Strong understanding of EVs, fleet management and real-world deployment.

Job Description

We are looking for a practical and forward-thinking Chief Mobility Officer to lead Exoben’s mobility strategy and execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Exoben’s mobility solutions, including electric vehicles, fleet systems and mobility services.

You will focus on creating systems that work in real environments. This includes designing vehicles for durability, managing fleets efficiently and ensuring seamless integration with Exoben’s battery and charging infrastructure.

You will work closely with battery, energy storage and EV infrastructure teams to ensure mobility is fully connected to the broader energy platform.

This role is about building transportation solutions that are reliable, scalable and ready for everyday use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead Exoben’s global mobility strategy.
  • Oversee development of electric vehicles and mobility platforms designed for real-world conditions.
  • Build and manage fleet-based mobility systems, including commercial and shared transportation models.
  • Ensure strong integration between vehicles, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
  • Guide engineering teams on vehicle performance, durability and efficiency.
  • Oversee testing and validation of vehicles under real operating conditions.
  • Ensure mobility solutions meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Systems, Transportation or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
  • You have 15 years or more of experience in mobility, automotive, transportation systems or fleet operations.
  • You have strong understanding of electric vehicles, fleet management and transportation systems.
  • You have experience bringing mobility solutions from concept to real-world deployment.
  • You understand operational challenges in transportation such as maintenance, reliability and cost.
  • You are practical, focused on execution and able to solve real-world problems.
  • You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
