Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Account Director to lead a key client relationship and set strategic direction across service lines, including Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Space Management, and more. You will guide a team of Directors/Sr.

Managers, ensuring delivery excellence and expanding wallet share. You will drive governance, performance, and talent development while coordinating with HR, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and Operations to optimize service

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing large client accounts and P&L.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a thorough understanding of the client goals and align real estate services.
• Implement the overall vision, strategy and metrics for applicable service lines.
• Develop service delivery strategies and lead multi-disciplinary responses to RFPs and presentations.
• Have a thorough understanding of the Cushman & Wakefield platform and identify opportunities to enhance service solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and govern account performance.
• Provide disciplined contract management to ensure delivery of all deliverables.
• Manage account talent in partnership with HR and promote DEI initiatives.
