Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience leading large, complex portfolios
• 5+ years managing large multidisciplinary teams including unionized personnel

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations across a complex NYC portfolio with focus on reliability and service delivery
• Oversee mission-critical infrastructure and building systems to maintain high availability
• Manage client relationships and executive-level communications regarding performance and risks
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with Engineering to ensure asset reliability and lifecycle planning
