Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services in New York. You will lead facility projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, architectural domains, ensuring scope, schedules, and budgets align with client goals.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with owner teams and design/construction partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management.
• Strong client relations and consulting experience.
• Autonomously manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Assist group direction through routine tasks and establish processes and systems.
• Proactively manage project-related issues for each project.
• Develop scope and schedule, reports, and drawings for clients and development teams.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and close of projects meet targets.
• Maintain high quality standards and accurate electronic files.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and manage master budgets and timelines.
• Support project implementation through completion of construction.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs.
• Proactively manage project-related risks and issues.
• Review change orders and invoices with clients and management.
