You will collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Legal and Compliance to align priorities, manage risk, and optimize total cost of ownership while building a high-performing procurement team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement leadership in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience leading indirect spend programs and category management.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy and governance.
• Develop category roadmaps, supplier strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal and Compliance to align priorities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team and drive continuous improvement.
