Accendra Health is seeking a Director, Indirect Procurement & Category Management to provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide indirect procurement and category programs. You will develop sourcing strategies, govern supplier relationships, and drive value creation across spend categories while partnering with executive leaders to ensure growth, compliance, and financial objectives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or related leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement and category management strategy.
- Partner with executives to align procurement with growth, governance, and financial objectives.
- Drive supplier governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across categories.
- Provide executive-level leadership and mentorship to procurement teams.
