Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to lead enterprise-wide indirect spend strategies and governance. You will partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal to drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation across the organization.

You will champion procurement transformation, category governance, and cross-functional leadership while building a high-performing team and shaping strategic supplier relationships for long-term value

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement leadership with indirect spend.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, governance, and category roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise indirect procurement strategy and category management programs.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, and supplier strategies.
• Drive total cost of ownership reductions, supplier performance, and process efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to align procurement with business goals.
• Drive procurement modernization through digital tools, analytics, and governance.
