You will partner with executives to drive cost optimization, risk management, and value creation across functions.

This role oversees category leadership, supplier relationships, and procurement transformation, shaping governance, metrics, and talent development to elevate procurement as a strategic partner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement teams.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Expertise in supplier risk management and category strategy.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise indirect procurement strategy aligned with objectives and targets.
• Lead category management with governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Partner with executives on budget, investments, and governance decisions.
• Establish supplier relationship programs and conduct executive reviews.
• Drive procurement modernization, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Coach and develop the procurement team; promote an inclusive culture.
