GoCanvas Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Implementation based in Canada to lead the strategy and execution of customer implementations.

The role drives time to value, product adoption, and long-term customer success through cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will build and manage a high-performing team across geographies, optimize end-to-end implementation processes, and leverage analytics and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions, professional services, or a related customer-facing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical acumen, with experience in software implementation methodologies, analytics, integrations, and relevant tools (e.g., CRM systems, workflow automation platforms).
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the implementation organization.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing implementation team across geographies.
• Oversee the entire implementation journey from initial customer interaction through to full product adoption.
• Design, document, and optimize implementation processes using analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Define, track, and report on key implementation metrics to executive leadership.
