Job summary

Canvas Medical in the United States is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive customer adoption of the Canvas platform. You will lead discovery, configuration, integration setup, and training, serving as the customer-facing quarterback through go-live.

You will translate complex API/SDK architectures into actionable plans, manage risks and timelines, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support to deliver seamless healthcare workflows and rapid time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Experience with go-live planning and on-site/virtual launch support.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR, practice management, billing, payer connectivity, clinical operations tools, or adjacent health tech.
• Strong project management fundamentals: scoping, milestones, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), stakeholder comms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and guide adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementations End-to-End
• Own implementation plans, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live
• Run discovery to understand clinical, operational, data migration, and integration needs; translate findings into an implementation plan
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control; keep projects moving with crisp updates and clear decision-making
