Job summary

GoCanvas is seeking a Manager, Implementation to lead the SiteDocs/GoCanvas implementation team from Canada. The role focuses on coaching a 3–8 person team, tracking performance metrics, and partnering across Sales, CS, Support, and Product to speed value for customers.

We value experience in SaaS environments, strong communication, and the ability to scale delivery processes while ensuring strong customer outcomes. This remote role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project management in a tech-driven environment.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Deep understanding of GoCanvas/SiteDocs products, implementation methodology, and common industry use cases.
• Data-driven approach to team performance and customer outcomes; comfortable using dashboards, CRM, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3–8 through regular 1:1s, performance management, and career development planning.
• Proactively monitor dashboards, KPIs, and quality/CSAT metrics to identify trends and coaching opportunities.
• Own and continuously improve implementation playbooks, methodologies, tooling, and training.
• Manage team capacity planning, workload assignment, and onboarding in partnership with the Team Lead.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Product to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
