Anduril Industries in Washington, DC, seeks a Director of Business Development for Integrated Air & Missile Defense. You will own the US IAMD pipeline across Army, Navy, Air Force, and MDA, carrying forecasts, bookings, and a travel‑heavy workload.

You will influence architecture early, articulate customer needs to Product and Engineering, and shape future requirements while building strong teaming with primes and subsystems.

Competenze

• 10 to 15 years of relevant business development, capture, program management, requirements, or defense acquisition experience.
• Proven success shaping and capturing US air and missile defense programs.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.

Mansioni

• Own the US IAMD pipeline and the bookings commitment.
• Shape programs before they are written by engaging program offices and sponsors.
• Run captures end-to-end including assessment, strategy, and proposals.
• Translate customer requirements into the product roadmap for Engineering and Product teams.
• Build and manage teaming relationships with primes and subsystem suppliers.
• Navigate acquisition pathways including OTAs, Openings, and traditional programs.
• Represent Anduril to senior executives and general officers.
