Job summary

Deringer-Ney Inc. seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead people strategy and HR operations across its manufacturing locations.

You will partner with corporate and plant leaders to build a safe, engaged, high-performing workforce and ensure compliant, consistent HR practices. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and succession planning, driving continuous improvement and alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• Ten+ years HR leadership experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliant HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and plant management to translate business goals into HR strategies.
• Lead design, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle across locations, including staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Develop staffing and retention strategies addressing production demand and skill gaps.
• Advise leaders on organizational design and change management.
• Lead workplace investigations and recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and standards.
