Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into workforce strategies.
• Design and administer HR policies and programs.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle across locations.
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition.
