Job summary

Extol Of Ohio Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Director in Norwalk, OH.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into HR strategies, covering talent acquisition, development, compensation, benefits, and compliance across a growing production facility. You will lead change initiatives, build a resilient workforce, and drive operational excellence while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and engaging employees across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM SCP or SPHR certification required.
• Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing HR in a production environment with multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR leadership and business partnership with Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement compensation, benefits, and compliance programs.
• Lead HRIS/Payroll processes and HR analytics.
