DwyerOmega, a global leader in manufacturing instrumentation solutions, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with site and functional leaders to align people, practices, and strategies with business priorities, strengthening organizational capability and employee experience.

You will head a small HR team and drive scalable programs in a technical, non-union environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership across multiple sites or business units.
