Advocate Health is seeking a senior Operations Leader to oversee Environmental Services, Linen, and Food & Nutrition Services across a designated market. You will collaborate with Support Services Managers to drive consistency, set SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics, and lead contract compliance initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in large healthcare management and 3+ years of leading matrixed teams, with a Bachelor's in a related field (Master's preferred).

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in a large healthcare environment in a management role.
• 3+ years of experience leading large, highly matrixed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership for EVS, Linen, and Food & Nutrition Services within the assigned market.
• Create and oversee SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics; lead root cause analysis for gaps.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for contracted service line leadership; oversee contract compliance.
• Foster accountability, engagement, service excellence, and safety across contracted leaders.
• Develop budgets and coordinate financial planning with contracted leadership.
