Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee Environmental Services (EVS), Linen, and Food & Nutrition Services across the market. You will partner with Support Services managers to drive consistency and best practices, while ensuring contractual compliance and service optimization.

The role requires proven ability to manage large, matrixed teams and drive performance through SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics, with a focus on safety, engagement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in a large healthcare environment.
• 3+ years leading large, highly matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for EVS, Linen, and Food & Nutrition Services within the market.
• Develop and oversee SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics to meet targets.
• Coordinate with contracted service-line leadership and conduct QBRs and service optimization.
• Foster accountability, engagement, service excellence, and safety across leaders.
• Collaborate across clinical, facility, market, and area leadership to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure policies/procedures align with Advocate Health guidelines and regulatory readiness.
