Job summary

Advocate Health Care in the United States is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee clinical and administrative operations across multiple care locations, ensuring the execution of service line, divisional, and enterprise priorities while managing budgets and performance metrics.

You will lead frontline managers, collaborate with clinicians and executives, drive workforce planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards in a large health system.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations to ensure execution of priorities and budgets.
• Monitors performance metrics and leads actions to improve throughput, quality, patient experience, and financials.
• Leads frontline managers with coaching, development, and performance management.
• Supports clinician leadership to align operational execution with clinical priorities and care delivery needs.
• Oversees workforce planning, staffing models, recruitment support, and performance expectations through frontline leaders.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and organizational standards.
