You will direct leaders, ensure efficient resource use, and coordinate inpatient, home, and outpatient care within a scalable, compliant framework.

The role requires a Master’s in Health Care Administration and 7+ years in health care administration, including management of large programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically 7 years of health care administration experience including 3 years in management of large systems.
• Experience overseeing clinical operations, growth initiatives and care management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with physicians and staff.

• Provides leadership, direction and administration over assigned operations while growing revenue and improving operating margins.
• Directs leaders to meet productivity standards in staffing and resource utilization.
• Ensures effective use of inpatient, home, and outpatient care to deliver right care at the right time.
