Job summary

Weber State University is seeking a Director of High School Operations & Partnerships to lead the High School Dual Enrollment program at the Weber State Davis campus with occasional travel to Ogden. You will manage admissions onboarding, faculty liaison support, and regional partnership expansion.

The role requires a Master’s degree, multiple years of experience with high school/traditional-age college students, and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of full-time experience working with high school and/or traditional-age college students, preferably with academic advisement, admissions, financial aid, or student services.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment management: lead admissions, registration, and onboarding operations.
• Faculty and academic support: onboarding and ongoing support for faculty liaisons and concurrent enrollment instructors.
• Marketing and events oversight: supervise campaigns and events including signature events.
• Partnership development: build relationships with school district leaders and site reps to expand programs.
• Team and operations leadership: supervise staff, manage budgets, analyze data, ensure compliance.
