The Associate Director, High School Dual Enrollment providesleadership for the development, implementation, growth, andcontinuous improvement of dual enrollment initiatives andpartnerships. This position advances institutional enrollment goalsby expanding access to higher education, strengthening pathwaysfrom high school to degree completion, and supporting studentsuccess through innovative, scalable programming.
This position cultivates and manages relationships with highschools, career and technical education centers, intermediateschool districts, academic departments, faculty, and communitypartners to increase dual enrollment participation and addressevolving student and district needs. The position leads thedevelopment of recruitment, outreach, communication, and engagementstrategies designed to enhance enrollment, retention, and studentoutcomes.
Working collaboratively across Strategic Enrollment Management,Academic Affairs, Student Success, and external partners, theAssociate Director supports institutional enrollment goals bystrengthening dual enrollment pipelines and improving yield,persistence, and degree attainment. The role establishes andmonitors key performance indicators (KPIs), leverages predictiveand descriptive analytics to inform decision-making, and appliesnational best practices to enhance outcomes, operationaleffectiveness, and student success at scale.
This position reports to the Director, Educational Outreach andTransfer Initiatives.
Develops and implements comprehensive strategies to expand dualenrollment participation, increase college access, and supportinstitutional enrollment objectives. Identifies opportunities tostrengthen recruitment, improve program accessibility, and increaseparticipation in dual enrollment programs.
Provides leadership and supervision for staff supporting dualenrollment initiatives. Establishes goals and performanceexpectations aligned with institutional priorities andcollaborative partnerships.
Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement ofdual enrollment programs, academic pathways, and relatedinitiatives. Ensures programs are scalable, responsive to partnerneeds, and aligned with university priorities and bestpractices.
Provides oversight of student-facing services and support relatedto dual enrollment.
Directs the development and execution of targeted, multi-channelcommunication and engagement strategies for students, families,school personnel, and campus stakeholders.
Establishes and monitors KPIs, evaluates program effectiveness,analyzes enrollment and student success outcomes, identifies gaps,and leads continuous improvement efforts informed by data analyticsand national best practices.
Supports the development of training, tools, and resources thatbuild institutional capacity to effectively serve dual enrollmentand access to enhance campus-wide service delivery.
