Job summary

HCA Gulf Coast Division seeks a Director of Operations to lead program management and operations across Hospital Based Services. You will oversee new program implementation, standardize workflows, and measure performance with executive leadership.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in project/program management, and experience in healthcare operations; travel to facilities is expected in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years project and/or program management experience required, including leadership of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Create, manage, and oversee IHBS project portfolio and coordinate with leadership for executive summaries.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff involved in hospital-based programs.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance; collaborate with development to drive growth initiatives.
