Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations and staffing to ensure safe, efficient patient flow
• Define and implement nursing standards, throughput and length of stay initiatives
• Develop and deploy dashboards for key performance indicators and capacity planning
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and governance to optimize resource utilization
• Present executive reports and support strategic planning with leadership
• Model PEAK values and ensure compliance with safety and ethics programs
