Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care with no less than 2 years in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital nursing operations and staffing to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Develop and deploy evidence-based strategies to improve patient outcomes and care system efficiency.
• Define and update operational standards for sitters, throughput, and unit standards.
• Collaborate with Performance Improvement to enhance nursing processes and retention.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards on length of stay, throughput, and capacity.
