Qualifications

• RN license active and valid.
• BSN degree required.
• ACLS/BCLS must be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Nurse leadership and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads unit operations and staffing across the Labor and Delivery department.
• Forecasts, plans, and monitors budgets to align with facility objectives.
• Promotes patient safety and quality outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and policy development across shifts.
• Directs nursing practice and ensures appropriate staffing levels.
• Collaborates with physicians and admin to expand services and reach.
